The workouts are varied not only between treadmill, rowing machine, and free weights, but also with different "routines" on each. It's great to be able to attend work -outs on different days and times each week, allowing for unforeseen schedule changes in one's calendar!
The variety of the workout is great. The balance between the treadmill and strength floor exercises are fun. Plus the trainers seem to know how to push me that little extra.
The place is clean. The staff are friendly, helpful snd professional. I like the workouts because you can keep track of your progress during and after workouts.
I really enjoy the workout and the staff! They are very motivating and very positive. They really make you feel like you are the only person in the gym when indeed the gym is packed. The classes are always different but challenging.
The variety from the workout is fantastic. Some days it is more weight based other days more cardio based but every class is different and hold me accountable with my efforts.
I absolutely loved Orange Theory. Christina was a great coach. I loved the format of the class and how it always kept you moving and was adaptable to your own capabilities.
