It is planned, I schedule it. It is as hard as I want it to be and harder than I would do on my own. The workouts have variety and there are challenges to join. And I like the community of people.
I love the guidance. The 6 workouts I’ve participated in so far have all been different and quite challenging ( some more than others). It is easy to stay motivated in this atmosphere. I also like the access to the app so I can monitor my different stages in a treadmill run.
The structure is what I need. It is very motivating and easy to keep pushing through the 60 minutes. I’m confident I will see results very soon. As I get more and more fit, I’ll attend 90 minute sessions also. I love my change of attitude. Thank you.
