I'm so glad that Jess, Karyn and Rebecca are back! The workouts are amazing but having instructors who genuinely are interested in you and know your limits so they can push you are the best part! These girls are what make the studio a place I love coming to!
As for the workouts, I love that they are one hour of hard, butt kicking work! I'd never work that hard on my own.
It's 1 hour so for someone like myself with a job, husband and child I am able to fit it into my schedule. The trainers give u the boost u need. The whole workout is motivational. If your a person just fitting excerise back into your life u don't feel behind the class, you can really work at your own pace.
Every workout is different and the trainers are always supportive and pushing you to do better. I love the accountability and intensity that comes to workout out as a group - always pushes me harder! The workout is a great blend of cardio and weight training and I've really noticed results!
