I like how I can get a lot in one hour. I really like the variety of the routine, not even once i've had the same class- I am the person who has a hard time doing the same exact work out all the time. bc of that a variety of muscles get worked on. I've been coming to OTF consistently for a long time, and still get pains from work out.
I also really like coach Croy - he is a big reason I get excited to go work out. His music, his amazing positive attitude and ALWAYS great mood (how does he do it?!), his jokes, his music, his dance moves, how he checks up on people - i would work out with him every day, twice a day if i had time! He's amazing and I hope he is NEVER, N-E-V-E-R transferred to another studio!! can you clone him and make more of him?!! :)
Other coaches are nice too, I don't want to upset anyone, it's just when you connect with a coach, it's really motivating to go work out, even when you're NOT feeling it, which happens a lot to me bc I struggle with sleep and mornings are hard for me. I always feel so much better and energized after my work outs!
The coach led, group format and fitness tracking have prompted me to stay focused and motivated to workout. I would often lose interest in traditional gym formats and look for every excuse to miss a session, which would quickly snowball into not going at all.
I like that it's a high-intensity workout that balances strength and fitness, that most of the coaches are excellent, there's a positive culture, that it's a great workout in a defined time (60 minutes), and different each time.
I like that the workouts are very efficient and that I am challenged every class! From someone who avoided treadmills, I have learned to enjoy the cardio workouts, as you are never doing the same thing every class.
The workout is well structured for cardio and muscle fitness. I feel like there is variation throughout the entirety of the 60mins to keep me engaged mentally and physically!
I like that you don’t have to think about what you’re going to do. I like the instructor plays music for you to listen to and you get an email about your workout that tells you how many calories you burned in each of your four heart rate zones how many miles you ran on the treadmill and how many calories you did overall
I love the variations in the content of the workouts and how strong/healthy that I feel after working out. The instructors are all great as well as all staff at this OT location. Everyone is so nice and I encouraging and I always look forward to coming in. Thank you!
