There's nothing like completing a really tough workout surrounded by other people with similar goals. I like the competitive atmosphere that is completely in my head Instead of having coaches yelling down my back.
It keeps me interested because it is not the same routine, and it pushes me to keep trying harder. I am over 60 some of the weight room routines are a problem as presented but I can always get an alternate exercise which I can do. Things I would change? Music is always way too loud and trainer's instructions are not clearly heard.
Orange Theory workout is so efficient - best use of 60 minutes. Although the workout is based on the same three elements, rowing, cardio and weight training, the classes are always different so it never gets boring. The hour flies by!

Josh is my favorite coach. I also like the other coaches but I wish some of the youngest would use Josh's playlists as well! Music makes such a big difference during the workout.
