It's structured, with help from trainers. It's an hour-long high intensity workout, but it's also made where you can go at your own pace, take breaks when you need them, and make modifications or substitute exercises. The visual feedback you get from your heart rate monitor and the color coded system is extremely motivating-you can see results in your endurance and performance well before you see results on your body, which is very rewarding in the early stages of beginning a workout regimen.
Burns a ton of calories, makes me stronger! Everything moves so fast that I never have time to stare at the clock. I love how it's all broken into manageable blocks of a few minutes- the pain never lasts too long! The instructors are cool too
Incredible workout. I have been w Orange Theory for five years. I have stopped a few times just to mix it up some BUT I always come back. Love the unlimited workouts. Worth every penny. Keeps me motivated. Coaches AND staff are family and amazing. They really do care about their students. This workout WILL push you. Be ready....i don't care how great of shape you are in. Enjoy the high energy music, Fabulous coaches who care enough to call you personally when you go missing from class (had an injury and missed several weeks). Especially like the fact that I get individual attention in the weight room, a coach might show me a safer way to lift or hand me a heavier weight. They switch things up often which keeps things fun! Joining the weight loss challenge and communicating with other OTF members and coaches really helped me reach more of my personal goals. Friendly staff, smiling faces, many opportunities to give back to charities, the 4th Street St. Pete OTF location is my favorite place to sweat!
