internal training, heart rate monitoring, free weights, not having to be in a class where i have to follow along, in competition with NO one but myself, energetic coaches, friendly front desk staff, great music, variety of work outs, frequent times to schedule, and the little extra things they do for fun - like the bingo cards, the fitness week, etc
Consistency but also not always the same so it doesn't get boring, convenience (availability of classes), instructors who are always friendly and professional, and front desk staff who are always really nice and helpful and willing to work with you to try to help you out! One request - on the days where there are cards printed for us to follow (usually on the treadmills), please use a large enough font so that us older people with aging eyes can read them! Otherwise - awesome. Thx!
