It's been one week and I've gone to 4 classes with 3 different coaches. Each class has been amazing it's in own way. The coaches are motivating, the classes are fun, but tough. I've walked away feeling like I truly get a great workout, have a ton of energy, and can't wait until the next one! I love that you can work at your own pace while being encouraged to push yourself a bit more.
