I like that you've game-ified working out. It's competitive against myself and others, but without negativity because I don't know who each person is. I just see a lot of orange on the screen and then that pushes me harder. Or I'll see I'm almost to green and that makes me want to give it more. The coaches are great. All of them are inspiring, but some of them really get you going. I had no idea my body can do what it can do!
I always recommend Orange Theory to my coworkers and friends. I love that you work your butt off with cardio (which I love) and then focus on weight training which is what I tend to leave out of my own workouts but feel is the most important if you want to see changes in your body.
