I like the fact that the instructor walks around and corrects you if you're not doing an exercise correctly. I also like the fact that the screen holds me accountable and makes me push myself beyond what I think is sufficient.
Coming into a class you know you're going to be motivated from an instructor more than you would have done yourself. I am on my phone the entire week and look forward to disconnecting from society and diving deep into the class.
LOVE everyrthing about OrangeTheory! Love the fact that they do the thinking for me per workout. Love the coaches, love the music and love the fact that I have NO idea what I'm in for day to day!I truly needed the PUSH out of my comfort zone. The workout is hard work but fun, you leave OrangeTheory feeling extremely accomplished! It really dosen't matter what fitness level you're at... anyone can do this workout! The coaches will modify an excersise for you to keep you in the zone you need to be in. All of the coaches I've taken classes with are so helpful and EXTREMLY motivating! Another thing that I love about OrangeTheory is, I can track myself durning the workout, this is clutch and the results at the end of the workout motivate me to go back to try and beat what I've done. I can truly go on and on about what I like here... I am forever chatting about the workout and encourage all of my friends to take advatnage of the free trial class it's totally worth it. Everyone should make the time for themselves, give this a chance yu'l be hooked too! XO
PS: here's a funny for ya... when I signed up in Sept for the basic monthly package of 8 visits per month I said to everyone, I can't imagine goinig more than twice a week. Well that has quickley changed (lol) I've upgraded to the unlimited package by Nov and there are some days I'll take 2 classes back to back! On average I'm at OrangeTheory 5 times in a week-
The workout is very motivating. I have noticed myself before in the past I would loose interest in going to the gym and having a personal trainer is expensive. I also noticed that not only did I start to like working out but I was also never a runner and with these classes I started on the treadmill power walking and now I am able to jog for a least 5 min
The trainers are amazing, always engaged and checking form and helping. the owner/staff are all friendly and helpful. Music is great, workout is always fantastic and pushing you harder! Clean facility!
It's very motivating! It was my first time in the class and everyone was so supportive. I heard amazing success stories from members in the class, and it made me more determined than ever to reach my goal!
