Lots of fun! The coaches and members are encouraging. The workouts change regularly. THe coaches are helpful. I have lost lots of weight and gotten in much better shape since going to OTF.
I like the coach gently pushing me through the workout. The variety makes the flow more fun. I like the lighting and the music as well. I feel like I got a good workout without killing myself.
I have been an OT Member since January 2019...hard to believe it's been that long. I was pretty much hooked after the initial Intro class at the Sterling, VA location. The coaches are so motivating and are awesome at what they do. The front desk staff is also very welcoming. The music is high energy. They have motivational events like Transformation Challenge which get are great for challenging you to lose body fat or build muscle mass. The workouts are so satisfying and are different each time so it keeps things interesting. I also really like that there are options when on the floor, which helps if you are dealing with an injury or having pain in your knees, arms, etc. With so much going on in life and having to plan so many things, it's refreshing to just show up and KNOW you are going to get a serious workout, burn calories, burn fat and build muscle. I can honestly say that I really do look forward to going to OT, and I don't see it as a chore, which I have felt with some workouts in the past.
The ability to scale the intensity of the workout is what sells me! Being allowed to push hard or maybe a little less on others but still holding me accountable is what I love about the classes
