Almost 8 years now since OTF Kanata South opened its doors, and I am ADDICTED. I love the coaches and the variety of workouts to chose from. I have never stayed at one gym this long or been in attendance an average of 4 to 5 days a week. At 62 years old my strength and fitness level is the BEST it has ever been in all areas of running, weight lifting and rowing. I hope to continue at this pace for years to come.
Love the workouts and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Makes it a great atmosphere to be in. I actually look forward to my classes rather than dreading them. I joined just over a month ago and have been to other locations and haven’t had one negative experience. Highly recommend to all!
I like the idea of being able to watch your heart rate as you work out. It gives you good parameters as to how how hard you can push your body.
I also really like having a variety of workouts, and having a time frame attached to each.
I also appreciate having a friendly and positive coach that’s providing us with support and encouragement.
Also, the ventilation in the workout room is optimal. It makes a big difference in staying comfortable.
I like that it's super easy to book classes with my app. The workouts are very targeted, time specific and intense so I'm in and out in 1 hr. I feel great that I put in my 100% without any doubts. Fantastic for a busy person who is not a "gym rat "per say, or hanging out at the gym for 2 hrs without guidance. Highly recommended!
Member since the gym opened 7 years ago ! I love all aspects of this gym. Great cardio, weight and rowing components. The coaches are great and the fun morning team that workout together.
