The workout gives me the "in your face" personal trainer without the personal trainer cost and it pushes me in a way that I don't push myself and that makes me feel like I've accomplished something afterwards. It also is not boring. No two workouts are the same.
I like that it's cardio and strength and that it tracks when you're in fat-burning zone, pushes me more than I would push myself. I like that they keep the reps to lower amount before a change. I like the instructors.
I love Coco (the trainer I work out with the most) and all of the staff. I do wish there was a mid-late morning class. MANY friends would love to workout at OTF but having a class at 10 or 10:30 is crucial.
