I am enjoying the balanced approach to exercise. The only thing I would like to comment on is the music. It does not vary much and appears very much geared to younger generations when the group is often 50% older (say 40-60). There is so much great music in this world and makes it hard to understand why we hear the same songs often
I love the variety of templates. I love when they repeat because it allows you to see growth/progress or a chance to start on the other side of the room. The challenges and benchmarks are a great tool. The coaches are HIGHLY motivating and always encouraging.
It’s a one hour all-inclusive workout guided by an experienced trainer. It consists of a perfect combination of cardio and strength while monitoring heart rate and calories burned. Exercises can be modified for an individual to adapt to his/her needs without sacrificing the benefits gained. There is no reason not to be part of this program.
The variety of how it’s never the same. The coaches challenge you and you always leave better than when you walk in. Coaches can modify anything for you
EVERYTHING! The coaches are AMAZING, the SAs are one of a kind! I love that every day is a new workout and I can’t dread exercising, because I don’t know what to expect. I love how the coaches got to know me and how they inspire you to be the best or better than you think you can be.
