I like trying different trainers. I also think it's great when there's different challenges like peak performance week. I am pretty stoked to check out dj night at the end of the month. Also Christine is a great manager. She's always very friendly with the members and she takes time to get to know them
Workout was insane! I loved it. Its nice to be pushed by someone. Its like having a personal trainer and a group fitness class all in one. Having people there makes you work harder than you normally would by yourself which is also a plus. 10/10 would reccomend!
I liked that it challenged me to push my comfort zone, try new movements and workouts and got me to do cardio (which I struggle with pushing myself to do)! Also, it is an encouraging environment and a good full body workout
You get Great results in a one hour workout if you go two to three times a week! You don't have to think about anything else...trainers just tell you what to do! Be at it for two years now.

Love the motivational music! And full body workouts. You come in and don't need to think once you arrive. You just show up and it happens:)
I hope for the future that they add in more types of cardio machines so it's not just running and just rowing. Maybe add in more high quality illiptical machines?
I really like the combination of things we do in the class. The floor is always challenging but exceptionally fun. I also love the changes I see when I commit to going.
I really don't like how the lighting has changed and it's incredibly dark.
I love the workouts. But wish all the trainers would focus more on fixing form and watching what everyone is doing. Sandy and Tyler were the best trainers and always fixed form and motivated me to go faster and harder. The trainer can really make a difference in the workout.
