I love it! It's challenging but you work at your own pace. I love how the workout is all planned and I don't have to do anything but show up! I'm over 50 and when I started I was tired, overweight, had no energy, and little stamina. But I did not want to resign myself to being old and fat. So I joined and wish I would have joined a year ago! I've lost 15 lbs in a little over 2 months. I'm half way to my original weight loss goal and will probably re-evaluate in another month or so. I feel myself get stronger and have more energy and stamina than ever! I can't say enough good things about OTF!!
I was visiting for an out of studio workout on business travel. I absolutely loved the team on Thursday morning for the 6am, 4/20 class! Lindsay (front desk) was so friendly and helpful and David (trainer) was very motivating and encouraging...would love to have him at our studio or work out with him again. Thanks for being so welcoming!
I have a muscle hypertrophy disease , which allows me to function best with interval training rather than long term repetitive endurance training. I love the HR monitoring, I find it extremely motivating and rewarding. I love that classes are available at 5:15 am.
