There are many reasons I love Orange Theory. However, here are a few:
1.I love the coaches and the fact they push me.
2. Working out with a group of individuals who want to make a difference in their lives is inspiring.
3. You work on yourself individually and yet work together as a group for everyone to succeed.
4. Where I work I am able to see objective data of Orange Theory participants who consistently work out 2-3 days/week. They have decreased their BMI and % of body fat.
4. I have a scheduled time to get my workout completed.
5. I feel great!
