After an OTF workout I leave knowing I am making gains in my endurance, strength and overall well being. The routine on the strength floor is different for each class and the variations on the tread and rower keeps my body on it's heels. I like the change of pace which allows me to recover between sets while at the same time preparing for the next all out. Thanks OTF team for all that you do!
I really enjoy going to class because the trainers motivate each person. I also like that the trainers tried to know each persons name and encourages them by using their name. I enjoy the music they play, and the punctuality.
