I like the fact that the workouts are really hard but not unbearable. The fact that you turn the a/c to cold really helps. The music is also a big plus. I'd never push myself as hard as Laura pushes us and the camaraderie is a big help as well.
It's really a tough workout, but still doable. Love the way Laura pushes and encourages us. Her pleasant demeanor is great! The intermittent training helps me keep going. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and nice. Sometimes the music can be harsh, but they do mix it up.
OTF is amazing! I am obsessed with the workouts. I love the high intensity interval training. I appreciate how there is always a trainer to help guide you and motivate you. This is a key factor in reaching any fitness goal- just makes it easier to accomplish whatever goals you have set. I also appreciate the diversity of the members, there's all walks of life coming from different age groups and having different levels of fitness that are working hard and doing the same workouts and getting the same benefits. Shows you that anything is possible as long as you put in all your effort and have the support you need to get where you want. OTF is what I needed to change my workout routine. I was doing cardio on my own, whether it was running on the treadmill at the same rate or distance or outside and doing free weights at my own time. I wasn't feeling a big difference in my body and needed that extra push to go at a quicker and more effective rate albeit safely. I needed a change in my workouts. I feel like orange theory fitness was my solution. I am hooked. Can't wait to see the difference in a month.
I get a complete workout in 1 hour and there is no thinking on my part. I am not stuck for a few minutes thinking about my next set or what exercise I need or should do; it has already been thought of for me.
I really liked the workout and after effects. It is extremely convenient to have so many times offered to attend a class! The only negative is price. It is quite costly when compared against a gym membership. I realize there are trainers you must pay, but I still don't think it should cost as much as is being asked. The trainer's attention is divided among the entire class; it only makes sense that a trainer fee should be distributed among the participants as well.
