Love that it's never exactly the same. I have been a member for a year, averaging 3 workouts a week, and last week I did several exercises that I'd never done before. I also love that I can accomplish in 60 minutes what it'd take me 3 hours to do in a gym on my own!
I've been working out for decades, both in and out of gyms. I've done it all. Orangetheory Fitness is the best structured workout I've ever done, bar none! The coaches are fantastic - motivating and encouraging, no matter what your fitness level. Love my OTF!!
The heart rate monitor. Also, the coaching and timed blocks makes it easier to stick to what you're doing. As opposed to being at a gym alone to fend for yourself not knowing what to do or taking longer than you should. I also like the fact that I can get my work out done in an hour
