The variety of scheduled workouts involving A mixed-use of floor exercises, treadmill work, and rowers. I am personally challenged every single time! I especially like the zones to hold me accountable to an efficient work out while in the hour of training.
Very upbeat. Liked the small group setting with a trainer urging you on. One suggestion from other OT centers visited is that when first arriving you can choose if you want to start on treads or the rowers. You also start at a certain numbered location and follow that same number through all the stations. This way there is no confusion as to where you are going.
