The OTF workout keeps me locked in; it forces me to keep going for 50 minutes to an hour. Additionally, the workouts are different every day. I don’t have to take time to figure out my own templates.
I love the coaches and the motivation of the group setting - it’s so awesome not to have to plan my workout- the variety and encouragement is exactly what I need to stay motivated!
The even split between challenging cardio, weightlifting, good upbeat music, no bright lighting, coaches walking around to critique your weightlifting form.
I truly love the total body approach I always feel so accomplished and confident afterwards! Visuals are easy to follow and coaches here are super kind and helpful. I feel a lot stronger physically and mentally since starting OTF 4 months ago and the coaches here are truly the best!
