I enjoy cardio and have always done cardio on my own but have never pushed myself during cardio workouts like I do at OT. And as far as weights, I never had the knowledge or courage to do free weights at the gym on my own.
It was super challenging, but it went by quickly & the coach was very encouraging. I felt accomplished when I finished & I can definitely feel the results the next day. :)
