I like the different workouts every day! No 2 have been the same since I started. The coaches are really great- they push us to do our best and help us stay motivated! There are benchmark challenges along the way to see our improvements. I am feeling stronger and my endurance continues to improve. On days that my shoulder isn’t cooperative, the coaches have modifications ready. Each workout is our own- no pressure to outperform others- just work on improving our own strength, power and endurance. The rower is my weakness, but I am getting better/stronger!
