The variety is excellent. I’m never bored while working out or lose interest. It challenges me every time and I leave with a great sense of accomplishment from completing it!
The structure of weight lifting exercises is thoughtful. Exercise combinations are usually complimentary. There is still too much emphasis on pushing people to complete all the reps and rounds and getting "splat" points. Observations around the room indicate that the extra speeds required to "keep up" usually comes with a sacrifice in form. The coaches don't often catch / correct these issues. Slow. Steady. Form. Time under tension, etc..

Great coaches! Good, well planned workout. Flexibility built in to push only as much as is desired on any given day. Very supportive and no pressure. First gym experience that I have ever enjoyed.
The studio is super friendly, and I always feel welcomed and motivated by the staff. The workouts are varied so that I never get bored. And I love that the tread 50 and strength 50 classes have been added! Coaches are fun, encouraging and they play great music!
The fantastic templates and amazing staff make this the best workout experience I’ve ever had. The team setting is fantastic motivation and the coaches are fantastic about individualized feedback.
The workouts are great - I love that there are multiple adapations; Most importantly the staff and trainers are amazing. Extremely supportive and provide the proper amount of guidance to help make each workout the most beneficial.
This type of workout is best for my brain - structured and challenging. Great trainers, great support staff
I love that even though I was sooo intimidated and completely out of shape i could walk in and workout with everyone else! Every one is only competing with themselves and it’s always such a positive experience.

Well rounded, easily accessible, a good blend of self-directed with weight and speed choices up to us but still pushes me to work harder than I thought I could.
