The intensity of the workout and the variability in what is offered at each visit. It helps keep me motivated by always having a new type of workout or series of moves. Having the heartbeat monitor also keeps me pushing to stay in the orange/red.
There are many aspects of OT that keep me coming back. I love that I get automatic feedback from the board. Without it, I wouldn't push myself as hard. I like that everyday is new work out, so I never get bored.. Lastly, the coaches are wonderful and motivating.
I like the variety of exercise that is offered at Orangetheory with the treadmills, rowing machines, and the various options available on the weight floor with all of the different equipment. It's much more than just weights!
Alden was a great motivator first thing in the morning. I was visiting from Tampa, and really enjoyed his class. He approached me to correct my form and politely said, "hi, I'm Alden." I appreciated the personal touch.
I will definitely be back.
The trainers motivation and accountability help to keep me focused and on track for personal health.
Would be nice to have more air flow in the workout room. It can get too hot with full classes and I notice it affects my workout performance.
