I love the group fitness feel of each workout, along with the personal trainer type attention I receive if I’m doing something incorrectly. I also love being able to track the zone I’m in - it helps me know when I need to push myself or even pull back sometimes. I love OTF!
I like that I show up and they tell me what to do... so easy! I also like the loud, fastmusic, an hour goes by very quickly. I like the trainers.
I wish there were more classes in the afternoon. Maybe at 1:30? I’m glad there are evening classes coming as well!
