I like the long runs, hard floor exercises and limited row days. If I catch a workout with long runs, I burn literally twice the calories as I would on a heavy row day. For Tech Ridge, I like the coaches and the very convenient location. Management is great there too.
I like the way the work out makes me feel after completing it! I will say the row this week was more than I expected, but atleast I had a great night sleep after doing it! I never get bored with working out at OrangeTheory, it is truly awesome!
Every workout gets my heart rate up to where I am loosing my breath, I love it! Also I love that I have help to guide me when I am in the gym working out too!

On your workouts, I could give or take your workout templates that you provide him however. Especially run-to-row. If anything, in all the time I've been with Orange Theory, makes me want to quit, aside from your incessant rate increasing, is that piece of trash template run-to-row. I literally feel like I could do nothing and have the same results.
