I love the variety as well as the pace! Having been in team sports my whole life, I was lost when it came to fitness after I finished school. I've tried personal trainers, Jazzercise, simple gym memberships, work-out buddies. The whole 9 yards. Nothing held my interest. Until now! Orangetheory is the best fitness program I've ever tried. I feel silly, but I have a smile on my face from start to finish of each class. Thank you so much for creating such a fun and effective fitness program!
The Team there at Orangetheory Temecula make me feel welcome every day I come in. If I miss a day I’ve missing them. The Coaches help through a number of exercises, always critical of form maximizing performance and preventing injuries. The Coaches know my goals and the goals become a shared experience, they will push me in little ways that remind me that I’m not alone in the fight. I work hard every time I walk through their doors, not just for me for every Orangetheory Associate that has encouraged me along the way.
I am a runner and I realized I am lacking in cross training. I love that orange theory forces me to work on my weak areas like upper body strength. Also my running has improved. Orange theory has taught me to push myself. After only about 6 weeks of going once a week, I PRd at my 1/2 marathon. The only explanation I have for that is orange theory.

I like that the workouts are never the same. I like that you don't stay in one place the whole workout, they are fast paced and you are constantly moving. I also love that I can see how hard I am working with the heart rate monitor. That's probably the most motivating part for me.
