My sister and I just tried our first session the other day. The instructor was amazing and we had so much fun! It’s all we’ve been talking about! We are going back this weekend for another class and I cannot wait!
The workouts are well structured and easily scalable regardless of fitness level. The class coaches do an outstanding job explaining the movements and expectations and motivating each participant to do their best. I like the real-time heart rate monitor feedback; it motivates me to ensure I am working hard. The environment is supportive with a wide variety of people from diverse backgrounds and I would encourage anyone interested in pursuing being more fit to try Orange Theory.
The coaches push you to do your best. When you think they aren’t watching you because there is a full class, that is when they walk up and correct your form or hand you a heavier weight because they believe you can do more. That is what compels me to go back. I trust that the coaches want us to be our very best and they are 100 percent committed to helping us get there.
I love the support from everyone there and the motivational coaching! I love not having to think about what's next or how to get the perfect workout in, but most of all I love the burn, the sweat, and the sore muscles afterwards.
