I love organge theory because you get a great work out without having to think about it. The coaches are awesome and help motivate me and help challenge me when weight lifting!

I like the structure. I like the group dynamic but that it's still up to me to determine how hard to push myself. I like that it's intense. I like all three stations. I like that the classes are always different. I like the video on the strength floor because it reminds me about proper form. I like that I have a pre-determined station and equipment to use. I like the tech feedback (both on the app and in emails) related to my heart rate and calories burned. I like the coaches.
I liked the guided aspect, specifically around rowing. Rowing as an exercise can easily become all about distance. The mixed level of intensity with clear directions on how to maximize the workout was excellent.
The personal attentions Michelle was great😀 very helpful and explained everything to me before the workout made me feel so comfortable. It was my first time at a gym and the experience was amazing everyone was extremely helpful. Miranda at the desk was so sweet and helpful
