I love the energy of the trainers! I like how the workouts change and how each instructor how their own way of providing alternate methods for injuries. I love how the music differs for each instructor and the welcome staff is exceptional at the Highlands studio! They make a point to remember your name which meant a lot to me especially being new to Denver. I love OTF!
It's been years since I've consistently stuck with a gym/workout. OT -- and the Highlands studio especially -- has nailed it. It's been over a year and (a few injuries aside) I've been excited to come consistently. Apart from the underlying workout concept, which is great -- it starts with the warm, friendly welcomes of literally everyone at the front desk (including going the extra effort to greet folks by name), the clean studio, the well-maintained equipment, amazing coaches. I realize that OT coaching can probably get repetitive and coaches could so easily lose enthusiasm, but I've never for a second felt that -- and it makes a huge difference. I personally don't choose classes by instructor, as I know they are all wonderful (without exception). That said, I want to give a particular shout out to Katy, Steph, and Chelsea.

For someone who does not frequent the gym, I thoroughly enjoy the instruction and coaching during the workout. The staff is always positive and encouraging. I've been to other studios that are compact which cramp the workout, but the Highlands studio is spacious which provides an pleasant workout experience.
