Trainers at Highlands location are fantastic. Most common classes I attend are Katy, Steph and Nichol. Really gifted at what they do and help push me in many ways to achieve my goals. Have really enjoyed the variety of workouts.
I like that even though it is a class setting I am able to focus on my own workout and not feel like I am apart of a class. Having my own equipment and my own space is what is most appealing to me. I also like that classes start and stop right on time providing an overall workout.
