I love orange theory! Next month will be my one year anniversary with OT so that's pretty exciting! With that said, since I do come frequently I would love it if the instructors can mix up their music a little more, sometimes I feel like it's a little monotonous. Also I love love love the partner work outs I wish there were more of those or there was a way to find out what days are going to have partner work outs.(so I can bring one of my friends or drag my husband to a class!) :P I don't really have anything bad to say about OT I encourage all my friends and people I meet to try out a class because it's helped me so much! So keep up the good work! :)
As a runner I love the treadmill component of Orangetheory, but I really enjoyed the weights and rowing portions as well! I was looking for a way to switch things up in my workout routine and Orangetheory is it!
Love the coaches! They are attentive to all the class participants and I really appreciate how they assist me with making sure I am in the correct position and doing the exercise correctly. That is the #1 reason I love this gym/workout.
I like the overall structure and format, an hour of just good/solid cardio/crossfit training without being next to people in the gym that are on their cell phones and not working out, yet taking up space on workout equipment.
