People very personable and informative. Workout a little different than expected (power) as I thought more cardio than strength work. Out of my comfort zone which I guess is a good thing. Real sore today.
I LOVE Orange Theory Fitness. I've been a member for 2 years and I can honestly tell you that my fitness level has dramatically improved. I workout at Orange Theory 5 days a week. Each day the workouts are different. My favorite days are ESP, Endurance, Strength, and Power, and Tornado. The trainers are knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend anyone to join.
