The fact that you do cardio and floor. The fact that you get to row and run. The fact that you get body weight, TRX and weights routines. The overall variety of the workouts. The great attitude of the coaches and staff.
I like that it's a circuit training program. You get all the aspects of training. Weight cardiovascular strength and endurance. You also get more personal training, almost like you own personal trainer. I do like that you have to sign up for your class, because for me it makes me accountable. And you can go at your own pace but you do have a little bit of competivness that makes me try that much harder. I love this idea of a gym so much better than a regular one
