Each work out is different in its own way, the instructors are all great and helpful. The work out is always challenging, and the hour goes by quickly.
I love that even though it’s a group setting that the trainers are so motivating that it makes you feel that you have your own personal trainer. Amy, Dee and Taylor are FABULOUS! They’re always encouraging and take the time to help when they see you need it!
Ultimately its the trainers that make the OTF workouts second to none. While I do love the variety of weights and cardio during the normal sessions and the focus when its a shorter strength class, I always come back to the fantastic group of trainers you have. Think I'm close to 200 classes which means you are doing something right!
Amy, Dee and Taylor are motivating, knowledgeable and suppprtive. The workouts are structured so well that I literally feel like every muscle in my body is being worked. I’d also like to compliment Michelle. She is always so kind and friendly!
