I love how everyday there is a different kind of work out. I love how every instructor / coach has their own "flavor" = music and style of leading the class. I love how even though we are in a group setting the instructors / coach still takes time to correct proper safety form (this is a big one). I love how it feels more like a family than a gym. I love the different things / events that are done throughout the year, like the dry tri and the marathon. I love the shirt I got from the marathon.
The best interval and circuit training classes - you get the best bang for your buck all in 1 hour. I also love all the instructors at the Newbury Park location - they really know how to make the workout fun, like to mix it up so you're never bored with each workout, and challenge you in a great way.
From the moment I initially called and spoke with Canaan, I knew this was going to be a good fit. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable they really made me feel comfortable the first time I took a class. Coach Elaine was amazing! It's a great vibe, good people, and a fun workout!
I like how OTF pushes me to get more out of myself and my workout. It's definitely improved my performance with running. My fiancé don't consider ourselves runners by any means, but we enter races for fun and our performances have greatly improved. Plus we notice the physical changes. Wing made on the outside of our bodies as well. Instructors have been awesome!! It truly is the best one hour workout!!
