Friendly staff and the use of technology to enhance the program via heart rate monitors and animated exercise examples. Marketing is great. Cool logos, graphic designs are well thought out. Only thing lacking is a fully personalized app to record workout progress and graph out data to show improvement and fitness progress over time. Would like this more then an emailed summary of the workout. Data is already there for a fully personalized app. Instead of purging this data after every workout, it should be displayed in your app along with the option to input weight to supplement progress chart.
I like the easily adjustable intensity of the workouts; some days I feel stronger, other days I don't feel at my best or I have some kind of injury. whether on the bike or treadmill I could still get a good workout any day.
I love that the coaches know me by my name and they know I give my best.
