I like that it's kind of gamified. I like that I'm not spending more than 20 minutes doing anything. I like that it's dark and orange, it takes the emphasis of what I look like and puts it on what I'm doing. Music is fun. I like that I can be right next to captain America and we're both sweating/straining and pushing ourselves.
THE TRAINERS!!!! The peeps at the front desk!
The way I'm greeted when I walk in! (It's like Norm walking into Cheers!)
The explanation of what's gonna happen in the session before we start!
The energy and enthusiasm of the trainers.
How knowledgeable the trainers are not just about exercises but fitness, nutrition, recovery etc. - it's like Orange Theory U (OTU!)
The tempo of the classes and ease of transitions.
The variety of exercises.
The explanation by trainers of how to do the exercises correctly.
How the trainers will walk over and correct me when I'm doing an exercise wrong.
Being able to track my own progress (and plat points!) as I work out.
The 70's funk and 80's pop music (and watching Cody bust da' moves!)
How the trainers always push me, "Come on! Give me .1 more!"
How my butt gets kicked EVERY TIME!
I love the intensity of every class. I have been going to the Tigard location for about 3 months and it feels like every workout is different.
I also LOVE the instructor Emma. She has been an amazing coach to my husband and I.
I live in Denver, CO and do OTF. I visit my sister in Oregon and we try to go at least once while I visit. I've had Kelsey both times and she's great. I like how she keeps everyone on point and keeps the class moving. I think her cool down is great as well. Thanks for letting me drop in!
The push, the motivation. The workouts are never the same which definitely makes the time go by fast and before I know it, I've burned 600 calories! I love it and I'm not sure how I ever made it through a trim down without OTF!
After having a baby in my 30s, loosing weight AND feeling stronger has been a serious challenge. I love the accountability and competitive nature of the classes and coaches. What I love most is the diversity of everyone's journey to a healthier self, yet we are all on the same road together. I pull strength from my classmates when I need an extra kick in the butt! Just when I think I can't possibly beat my best splat days, the next time I come in I crush them! 💪🏼🔥 Thanks Tigard team!

The blocks are challenging and never quite the same. I can count on a hard workout with variety. You always deliver this with committed and hard working coaches too!
I manage Athleta in the Pearl and am often telling coworkers and customers about OT!
