I enjoy the instructor led class as well as the personal competitiveness I get from wearing my band and pushing myself. I have taken 18 classes and not a single one has been the same!
I love every workout even the ones that I have trouble following! I love that each one is different and push me in ways that I never could imagine. I always feel better after each and every workout!!
What I like about the workout is that I see results and the motivation that I get from the coaches.
The results might not be significant; but, I know it’s there.
I started my fitness journey with Orange Theory about almost 2 years ago. I started from no motivation to workout to now working out at least 4-5 times a week. From barely running on a treadmill (3.5 was my max) to now I can run longer and this week, I was able to run a max 6.5 mph. These are the results that I am looking for.
OrangeTheory Fitness is more than just a workout for me; it’s an experience. It challenges and inspires me, and it leaves me feeling stronger, both physically and mentally.
The enthusiam from the coaches is contagious and sets a very can-do tone for my fitness journey.
It always feels like a party when I take Billy and Renee’s classes! I never want the fun to stop! (I know the other coaches are wonderful too… my schedule doesn’t always allow me to take their classes, but I know they are amazing too!
Staff is amazing. Very friendly. Love when I come into workout they all know me and clients and call us by first name. Manager Ryan is amazing keeps a well run studio
I like the coaches, Billy, Derek, and Renee. They are great at creating a good energy that makes the workout go by quickly. The workout itself is well designed to keep you challenging yourself…
I love the coaches, exercise variety and team energy at Orange Theory. I used to hate the gym - now I look forward to going. For the first time I can actually see the positive changes to my body.
OTF mixes it up every day with a variety of challenging rounds of work! Never repetitive, which is how other gyms can be. The coaches are mostly great- some better than others. It kind of evens out though. I really like the heart rate monitor and tracking stats. I’ve been a member off and on for almost 8 years (due to injuries and trying another gym out). Other gyms really bored me. Only somewhat negative comment is that you should watch yourself and not overdo it. I’ve had doctors, especially podiatrist, say OTD injuries are unfortunately common.
Different workouts each time, great coaches and feedback by the coaches, and before you know it, time is up and you had a great workout! Love the energy and music to help propel you through the workout as well.
