I really like the workouts but I am not happy with the change of schedule removing 5AM classes from 2 of the 5 days in the work week. That schedule change prevents me from being able to work out prior to work and I know it negatively impacts other longstanding members as well. I am concerned that value for my membership dollar is now lower since that option is no longer there. I really think you should reconsider and recognize that this is a problem for many people that have been coming to the southside location for a long long time.
I love how the workouts cover all parts of the body, unlike other group fitness. I find that I have a more intense workout at Orange Theory than at a regular gym. Orange Theory has helped my stamina and health immensely. I especially love the staff at South Side. They make my day better, and I look forward to seeing them. It's like a little family there.
I love the upbeat atmosphere. The calorie burn after class is awesome and it's challenging but not so that I can't do most of the exercises. the trainer is intuitive and sees when I struggle a bit and offers modifications for the moves and words of encouragement
The studio has such a positive and encouraging attitude and vibe. When I travel I will go to another studio, but they never hold a candle to the energy at the Southside location. I appreciate that Coach Jason doesn’t hesitate to provide feedback- whether it is kudos or if form is needing corrected. I’m so grateful to get to call the Southside location my home studio :)
I am too new to really make an opinion, but the instructor and staff were very helpful and friendly. I was nervous at first, but quickly felt very comfortable in my first class.
It's never boring and it varies a lot. that keeps me engaged and loving it. I'm starting to notice changes even thoigh my weight hasn't changed.

I love the patience the trainers have. I cannot hear well and sometimes miss their instructions but they always come over if I am not doing something correctly and kindly show me what I am doing wrong and show me the correct way. I have back neck hip and knee problems. They show you different ways to do the exercise so you don’t hurt yourself. They don’t make you feel bad when you are having trouble keeping up. It’s my new favorite place for sure!
