Every workout in 60 min from the moment you walk in the door till the clock runs out. This workout is for all levels and every workout is not the same. I love that Orange Theory is never boring and very organized!

I liked that it offered a variety of exercises and kept the pace moving, which made the hour go quickly. Synthia was a very engaging instructor and both my friend and I loved her music choices. As first timers, we were both nervous, but are excited to be going back.
It's a constant mix, so you never know what you are walking into! I'm constantly challenging my body with TRX Bands, heavier weights, and those oh so lovely "ALL OUT" hill inclines which has increased my endurance/strength. If it wasn't for OTF I don't think I'd even, think yet alone accomplish my 1st NYC Half Marathon in March but I did and can't wait for my next one!!!!
I really enjoy the rotation between the treadmill, rowing and floor exercise. It keeps me focused on the routine, not on the clock or time! The music and coaches also keep me motivated to push myself for a better workout! I love the Orange theory concept and take pleasure in going to the gym now!!

It's always different, high energy, great music and great staff at OTF Totowa. I've been to OTFs all over the country (and outside the US) and nothing compares to Totowa. All the other studios should follow suit. Thank you OTF Totowa for making me fall in love with exercise!
