The trainers are always watching and pushing you. You can’t hide from them. And the second you start to slack, they’re standing next to you, yelling at you, and making sure you finish the last few seconds of an “all out” at your fastest speed. You don’t want to stand on the rails while a trainer is next to you! Or extra burpees and/or another round is waiting for you! Plus the music is always good: it makes you want to give that extra 15% on the “all outs”. Each workout is different everyday so you’re never bored.
