It’s transformed my body! Troy is so close to my house so it’s my favorite location but go to Birmingham bc of all the additional times , just a great place to take your fitness journey and goals to the next level.
The coaches are always there to help you and make sure you are doing Ethel exercises correctly so you get the maximum benefit and don’t injure yourself. There is usually a good variety between each workout. Plus the entire staff is always so nice and helpful
Primarily. Getting to see some of my favorite humans(members, SAs, Coaches & Rowing OG/Rowing Daddy, aka our Head Coach) - it's just a fantastic community.
At the same time, you, as an individual, get to effectively address your fitness goals scientifically in a more time-efficient manner. Everyone in OTF wants you to succeed in your fitness goals & always there to support you & motivate you.
& We don't compete with each other in OTF(The biggest myth about OTF in the general public & my acquaintances)
It's always YOU vs YOU here in OTF & it's your unique journey, and everyone is there to support you along the way.
Such a refreshing 1 hour. I left the studio incredible, fit, strong and mentally active. It's been a while since I had so much energy, especially after becoming a mom to two kids. Highly highly recommend if you can afford it.
I like all the coaches (+ staff!) and I have not had a bad interaction with any members either. Despite the fact that I mostly keep to myself, I do still feel a bond to many members I regularly see in class.
