We (my husband and I) joined recently and have completed 4 workouts. We had a different coach each visit so far and loved every single one of them. They are energetic and kind. The vibe of the gym is kind and inclusive. I appreciate that because I feel nervous going to a new gym and working out as a group, but OT makes it comfortable and easy. I also sweat by butt off!
