I love all the specialty workouts, the challenges, and the everyday workouts. They are always different unexpected and fun! I love how our coaches pushes us to do better and be better.
I like that it changes throughout the class, and also day to day. I don’t get bored, and the time flies by! I can modify the workout to best fit my abilities where I currently am, and alter later as I progress and get stronger. The coaches are great and really help me feel encouraged. For the first time in a long time I am excited to go workout!
I always get the best workout I possibly can get in an hour. I love the encouragement from all the trainers & front desk. We are all at different levels & thats okay. The classes always start on time & you can pick what you want to start on.
I love Orangetheory. I've been doing it for almost five years. It's transformed my physical appearance, which also helps my mental state of mind. I enjoy all the coaches and staff, but I've made such great friends, too. It's the only workout program I've ever stuck to. I actually want to go work out!! I love my home studio and the different workouts. I also appreciate the focus on weight training and get form guidance and the music is the BEST!
I was one of those who was skeptical of these group workout classes as I’ve always lifted weights/ran by myself. I was proven wrong by the group energy and motivation to push myself especially my cardio to their limits.
Drew was a fantastic coach and made the class experience exciting and motivating. I enjoyed being able to see my heart rate displayed on screen. Seeing the different color levels was a great visual representation of my effort. I felt great after class and ready to take on the day.
