Its mapped out for me. I don’t have to wait for weights or treadmill. I walk into class and know someone is going to walk me through each step of the way. When I start slacking off, I have a coach right there to push me. If I am lifting wrong they correct my form. I get the most out of a 60 minute workout I can.
Orangetheory Fitness brings fun energy and variety to a one hour workout - from the fist bumps while entering the studio to the exhausted conversation during the stretch block. I love that I don’t have to plan my exercises for the day as they’re already decided for me! I especially enjoy benchmark workouts as a way to track my individual progress. My time with OTF has brought a sense of community and empowerment. There is something for everyone under the orange lights.
I love that the workout is already planned for me so I don’t have to do anything but show up. I feel like the workouts are a great mix of strength and endurance. The Midtown Tulsa coaches and staff are all so friendly and encouraging and I genuinely look forward to going in for each workout!
I love Orange Theory. I have been a member on and off for 7+ years and an employee. OTF Midtown Tulsa is my favorite studio by a far. The coaches, the staff and the atmosphere are unmatched.
I love everything about OTF Midtown Tulsa! The staff is amazing! And I know every time I walk in, I’m going to get a great workout! I love that I can go at my own pace, but I’m still pushed by the coaches and the people working out next to me! Would highly recommend.
The workout was good, while the trainer had a full class she still made time to explain things to me since I was a first-timer. Definitely going to recommend to others.
