variation in tread versus floor versus rower. The heart rate monitor and achieving 12 points per workout is extremely motivating for me. It pushes me in a way that I wouldn't push myself if I wasn't participating in the work out.
I would loved themed music days, 70's day, 80's day etc. The music really does make a difference in how much you push yourself.
I love the energy the coaches have, the way they get to know you and recognize your efforts. I workout at the Tustin location. the coaches there are all amazing, especially Candace and Jo.
The workout, which includes cardio and weights, is exactly what I'm looking for within one hour of exceecise. Each time the work out program changes to keep it fresh and interesting. The environment is nice and clean. The coaches are awesome, always motivational and never cynical. The staff are always friendly when ever I needed help or anything. Top notch organization.
My only suggestion is to start and end classes on time. Make sure time to stretch -- Don't wait for late arrivals which turns it into 3G. Don't get as good a workout with 3G classes. Really like Cory. Need more trainers like him. (And jo)
Working out at Orange Theory is the hardest and best work out I have ever done! It pushes me to my limit and beyond. I love that each work out is different and that we cover every body part by the end of the week. I like that the trainers will correct me when I am not doing an exercise correctly and really appreciate their encouragement throughout the workout.
