The trainors are amazingly encouraging caring and knowledgeable and constructively correct posture so you don't hurt yourself .

Coach Matt and his team really care for each member and are constantly motivating you. You get to know the other members of OTF and everyone encourages each other to do their best. It's the most intense hour workout you will ever experience.
It's a well rounded cross fitness workout, with feedback due to heart rate monitoring, and calorie expenditure tracking. I think it's great! I attend twice a week in conjunction with other training on off days.
