I love the personal trainer feeling you get at Orange Theory. I think it is the best workout a person can do for 45 minutes. I would also like to point out that I am very much against not having the workouts be customized on the blackboard but instead have to use the "prescribed" OTF workouts on the TV's. The Lodo studio has such talented trainers and the standard OTF workouts are not hard enough for those of us who have been coming to the studio for a long time. Can we please go back to having both options?
I’ve never gotten the results from other workouts that I have from the OT training – the high intensity interval training is the best. Also love that the workout is different every time. And, a shout out to Calle – she's the best!
The workouts are always different, exciting, and challenging. However, I did like the classes better when coaches seemed to have more creative interpretation of the daily templates (before the goofy corporate video monitors were added).
I really like the variety of the workouts and how easy it is to book classes on the app. Each coach has their own style and different music so you naturally end up with favorites but they are all great.
It's always very clean and all the equipment is in good working order. I also love the workout summary emails as it helps me keep track of my progress and see how much I've done that week, month or year.
I like the variety, intensity and the studio is really convenient before or after work. I also really enjoy Patience and Cali's classes. They're awesome trainers and always do a great job keeping me motivated.
