I have done many types of workouts over the past 30 years. When I was younger in my 30's and 40's, it didn't matter what I did, I lost weight and toned. OTF is the only workout where I see and get results now. Great coaches and a fantastic workout!
What stands out about the OT experience is the consistent high quality and variety of workouts that push me not only physically but mentally as well with the awesome added benefit of being in a motivated group being spurred on by incredible coaches.
