What do I like about my Orangetheory Fitness workouts? So many things. Awesome, motivating, amazing staff for one. How about the great full body workout? At OTF, every day is a new day and a different challenge. I enjoy when accomplishments and member photos are added to Instagram after specialty workouts or challenges, as this helps keep the OTF community connected. Speaking of the community, workouts are always better with the incredible 5 AM crew in University Place. Thank you to the great coaches, Katie, Allyssa, Christine, Emily, Blake and Alex.
We love Blake, Emily and the entire new squad of coaches. They are solid, know their stuff AND PERSONABLE to boot. They make you feel like you are part of the community. The front desk staff like Maya and others are also TOP NOTCH. Love the workout flexibility and energy.
I love that it's in the neighborhood and we all recognize each other. Bought my adult daughter a membership and now I"m working on bringing my son as well!
There are many studios, gyms and approaches to fitness. But there’s only one OTF, where approach is based on individual goals and achievements. I joined in 2016 and at over 1,000 classes I’m still all in. Through injuries, rehab and just plain getting older, Orangetheory has always helped me find and keep my stride. Reach out to your studio, talk to your coaches and especially head coach (yeah, Coach Emily!) and go for “more life.”
Amazing coaches and their expert guidance. Even after 2 years of attending classes regularly, I still learn something new that improves my physical health. I love all of the coaches, especially Blake!
I love that I don’t have to plan any part of the workout and can just show up to get a good burn in within an hours time. The coaches are so supportive and energetic and the atmosphere is great. It’s awesome that OTF accommodates all fitness levels and abilities.
