The variety! I loved the Orange - a mix of everything, being able to see your progress and zones through every stage, and being guided by a coach for any questions along the way. I never get as motivated by myself at home, and it was fun to come with a couple friends who had already been members. I signed up immediately ☺️
Intensity, variety, emphasis on functional strength. Well-thought-out combinations of exercises on a given day. I have a tough time burning 800-900 calories working out for the same amount of time by myself.
I was hesitant to join OTF for years because of the running aspect of the workout but now that I have been a member for almost a year, I truly look forward to getting stronger and faster on the treadmill and weightlifting. The coaches are awesome and the community is always supportive. Highly recommend!
Coach Meg and her team have created something truly special at the Uptown Studio. There is such a sense of community and inclusiveness that is unmatched at other locations. Not only have the workouts challenged me physically, but I have learned to love and celebrate my body at every step of my fitness journey.
I like that I did not have time to think and I felt great afterwards. I did not like the music and overall constant barrage noise. And I felt a bit like I was in a Black Mirror episode.
