I expected OTF to be like a typical workout class--not a great workout overall, slow-paced as we wait for everyone to get up to speed, etc. BUT I absolutely LOVED this class. Not only did I get a killer workout, I got to do it at my own pace, push my self as hard as I wanted to and still got the motivation from the instructor and fellow workoutees in class. This exceeded my expectations and washed away any preconceptions I had. Nice work!
