I like that every session is different. You push me to do intervals on the treadmill that I would never do myself, and you are very encouraging. Also, as an out of shape 43 year old woman, I never feel like I am in competition with the younger, much more fit members, I just feel pushed to do my best.
The variety. Every time I go in it's a different combination and it keeps me interested and from getting bored. I also like the music quite a bit and it keeps me going! The intervals in the running and the changes of pace are a good distraction when you're pushing hard.
It is an all encompassing workout! I get my recommended dose of cardio, as well as muscle building in the weights and rowing. I really like that I'm not forced to do the same thing over and over again. I look forward to my morning workouts with OTF.
It works. I began Orange Theory three months ago. I have lost 10 pounds and have finally committed to learn how to eat again by seeing a dietician. Over the years I have followed every fad diet and have lost track of how to eat for health.
I just turned 57, I have had steel plates in my back for about forty-five years. That injury eventually lead to needing a hit replacement at the age of fifty. My mobility has been compromised but I feel Orange Theory is giving me back some ability to move.
My physician highly recommended this workout as well.
