I love that each class is different. I fully feel the support of my coaches. They're always available for questions and feedback. I love that there is community and comraderie at the gym. It's easy to stay interested and challenged. I feel like I'm a part of something and the end goal is everyone's health and happiness.

They are always different. The coaches are motivating. Fast paced workout. It would be nice if there were 40 min classes during normal lunch hours.

I love that the work stations are aligned...makes the transitions so much easier. Also, happy you are extending your weekend hours. Not all of us are Mon-Fri people and the weekends are a great time to work out. I wish your Saturday hours extended as well. The classes are typically filling up so fast that it is difficult to get a class.

Orange theory workouts are all types of motivating. They hobby quickly and you can track your pace and effort constantly, as long at the heart rate monitor is working. I love it, and am so happy I was recommended by friends to get on the OTF train!
