That I work really hard and it covers all areas, the hour goes really fast !
And I’m so proud of myself when it’s done :)
Also the instructors are amazing , always positive .
I love the structure of the workout of OTF and that its different every day. If i were at a regular gym i may not do half the exercises the coaches have us do at OTF.
I love the structure and the instructional aspect of it. I don’t have to think about what to do next and the workouts are intense but doable. I love that one workout kills over 500 calories and the calories keep shedding afterwards. The last two workouts that I did, I kept burning calories for the rest of the day (over a total of 1000 calories each day!)
Something different each time - I don’t get bored. Also I like that coaches tell me exactly what to do and when because if left to myself, I would probably not exercise.
Metrics, interval running with just the right amount of durations, variety, and high energy kept me highly motivated and pushing hard throughout the hour.
Orangetheory has been a great addition to my workouts. I wanted to add more cardio and build endurance. We do just that. I’ve been going for over a year and it is never the same workout. They’ve even motivating me to challenge myself more outside of the classes too!
