I like OT workouts and coaches. I’m pushed harder than I would working out on my own. The coaches encourage and challenge me. I recommend OT to my friends regularly.
The intensity and variation of the workouts, the knowledge and motivation of the instructors and the classes are fun, have great music and the time flies!
I feel like I accomplish a lot with calories burned and the improvements I make from one class to the next
There is good feedback from coaches to improve exercises to get stronger and have more endurance
Classes are enjoyable and the time goes by quickly
While feeling like I can’t go another second the coaches are there to cheer and push you on. Makes me feel more alive and like I can tackle whatever is thrown my way afterwards.
