I love the people. Although, I find it hard to get myself to a class, I am always glad that did. I feel great afterwards. The work out classes are always challenging.
I can trust that the workout will have: Systematic templates, organized intervals on the tread, full body dynamic movements on the weight floor, effective use of the rower, and a variety of focus (power, strength, endurance) at each station.

You WILL be a fish out of water for awhile...but over time subtle changes occur with both your body composition and with the friendships you will make when attending the same classes week after week. Best thing I ever did for myself was to take a leap into better health with OTF!
