The best part about Orangetheory for me is the coaches and the family atmosphere.
Grant, Jen and Jamie are motivating and are always watching to make sure that your form is correct and that you are working up to your potential. The coaches know the members well enough to realize when they can work harder or having an off day and they adjust their coaching style accordingly. The members are very welcoming to new people and cheer each other on.
I enjoy the variety of the workouts, but would love to see a 15 minute stretching session added on to a few of the classes or to have the stretching section of the class at the end extended by a few minutes.
It's different everyday and I like the intensity and variation of routines. It gives me the discipline to stay in shape. With the great coaches I don't have to think, just do.
I love that when I leave, I feel like I’ve had a complete body workout and I love Grant as my coach! He’s very encouraging and makes class fun and motivating!
The workouts are challenging and there is a great variety. The coaches are very encouraging and attentive and the front desk staff are so nice and helpful. I have never stuck to a workout plan-usually a month or two and I quit but I have been going to OTF Victor for over a year and love it. I have lost weight and see a big difference in my health and energy level. Thank you Coach Grant, Jenn, Alison, Jamie, Sara and Joelle!!!
Coaches led by Grant, and studio staff are excellent and the studio continues to be flexible in their class schedules .Tread 50 is innovative and has me looking forward to orange theory more then ever. Thanks, Fred V.
The coaches are so motivating, every class is different so you never get bored. I love that you get a total body workout with both cardio and strength training. You can always modify an exercise if you have orthopedic restrictions. Coach Jenn and Coach Grant always have suggestions so that you are still getting the best workout even if you can’t do the floor exercises.
I love the variety and that it is a full body workout in one session! For me, it’s a real benefit that a coach can demonstrate exercises, provide modifications if needed, push me to use a higher weight than I might choose for my self if I were solo, and ensure that I am safely performing the routine.
