Love the camaraderie.
I think OT is the best workout in town. For many reasons. All levels can workout and you can really see progress. Love the heart monitor so I can see my body adjusting as time goes by.
Can't say enough good things about the trainers and staff.
I like that I can track myself and challenge myself. The coloured zones give me motivation to reach the next level (or take a step back if I'm working too hard). I'm a very competitive person and this is a great way to compete with myself!
I really like that the workouts have different themes, that they target different fitness components and that they are backed by strong research and science about how to improve the strength of our hearts. I like that you can monitor your progress efficiently and literally see the results on the screen. I like that there is a good variety between each workout.
The personal trainer was motivating and really pushed me more than if I did the workout on my own! and the structure was great! For strength and Weights, I would've done more but other than that it was great!
