Very professional and challenging. Plus great vibe in the air. Love the changing workout routines and instructor coaching during workout, especially posture coaching with weights. Makes a huge difference
It's challenging, I love being challenged. The sense of community, the comraderie with other members is undeniable. But most of all, the support and encouragement from the coaches, some days I do not feel like I'm succeeding, but there is always a kind encouraging word or a high five just waiting to turn that around.
I get an amazing whole body workout for strength, balance, and cardio without having to think about it. If I were to go to the gym by myself I wouldn't accomplish half of what I do in a session at OTF and it would take twice a long and be less than half as fun. I actually enjoy exercising for the first time in my life!
I love the intensity of the workouts and that everyday there is a different program. The ongoing variety keeps my interest and helps me to improve my fitness by ensuring I am training various muscle groups as well as my endurance, strength, and stability. The coaches are also awesome! They are all so supportive and motivating to give it our all.
Like the feel of working out in a group setting with like minded people of all ages and sizes.
