Everyday is a new day and so its the case with OTF. Plus they have different types - 2 groups, 3 groups, strength, tread, specialty, benchmark etc. The coaches are great and are constantly motivating you! I have lost 20+ lbs since joining.
I've been going to Orange Theory for a little over a year now and I only wish I'd committed sooner. It has been so good for my body and mind and it also suits my workout style perfectly. I enjoy the variety of exercise within one class; you've got cardio and strength training built into each template, which I appreciate. The coaches always play high energy music and are incredibly encouraging. I specifically love the staff at Victory Park and I've not seen another studio that is as community-oriented and passionate about health. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that enjoys group workouts and likes trying new things!
The team made it enjoyable! From the onboarding and coach, everyone was friendly and willing to help. Ability to move at your own pace and varied workouts was what I needed.
It's so easy to adjust the workout to fit where I am. Not just from an overall fitness perspective, but even if I'm just having a kinda off day. Makes it much easier to show up as often as I'd like and not miss a day.
The front staff were not just helpful but also very kind. They did not pressure the conversation about fitness and really tried to connect to me as an individual.
The coach was great, I was able to ask questions as needed - there was no judgement when I didn’t understand something.
I love Orange Theory because there a low key competitive vibe that pushes you to go harder, while at the same time there is no judgement atmosphere that allows you to take it easy on days you just aren’t feeling it.
