I love the different stations to mix up the work out. It makes the hour go by faster and you feel like you're getting a good combination of cardio and strength training!
I grew up playing rugby and football (soccer), and the workouts are similar to what I grew doing. In those days it was called interval training. Today it's known as HIT. I Like the way that the blocks are structured, and the challenges that they present.
Instructions are clear and conscise and are presented with options.
Coaches are great at improving form on the weight floor, rowers and treads. You don't get this type of 1 on 1 attention during group classes at other gyms that I've been to.

What did I like about my workout?! EVERYTHING! Talk about accountability partners. You have one in the Orangetheory Fitness crew. I truly appreciated the care and consideration for me to approach my workout with confidence. I would certainly recommend this experience to a friend. You’ll be thoroughly pleased. Preparing for the class is simple with the given resources prior to your class. You’ll gain familiarity by touring the space and become educated on equipment and technique. Finally, you give 100%. The team will walk you through your results and welcome you back with open arms!
I like the energy of the coaches, the music, and when we played a game (capture the flag) that made it a lot of fun. More games like that would be fun! (But then again, I am very new and yall may already do lots of games that I just haven't seen yet). Overall, great job! Makes me excited to show up and workout, which I've never had before.
The coaches are fantastic, particularly MK, Annelle, and Emily. Jae at the front desk has made us feel welcome every time. She has gone above and beyond to befriend us and make us feel special. Don’t change a thing!
It tackles cardio and hitt exercises. You do not leave feeling like you didn’t accomplish anything. The workouts also allow you to challenge yourself as well.
Orangetheory is the perfect workout for one that thrives on motivation. The format to include cardio and weights has been a game changer for overall fitness. The benchmarks help to see the progress of your efforts. And most of all, the coaches are great to help you encourage and push you to do a little more. I joined OTF Vinings during the pandemic and have loved every minute of it.
