I like the intensity and the push! I just wished they would lower the music so i could understand the person telling us what to do. This was a guy and he was screaming and/or talking loud, with the music blaring and i could not understand anything he was saying.
The trainers, especially Mike and Shawn! They show a true interest in each member and you can tell they love what they do. The front desk, especially Given and Kristen! They also have an interest in the members and have a passion for what they do. If it wasn't for employees like those 4 I would have given up and quit a long time ago.
I LOVED the trainer. She was amazing. I also liked the fast pace, keep it moving feel of the workout. I never once looked at the clock & counted down the minutes for the class to end. I was too busy having fun working out in a super comfortable judgement free atmosphere. Actually I couldn't believe it when the class was over. It went by so fast! I also loved the music variety. It kept me super pumped throughout the workout.
Omg what's not to like! I love the trainers! And I love how you never do the same workout twice! I love the motivation and the love from my Orange Theory Vintage Park family! Every workout is so much fun! Music is awesome! Personality of the coaches is like a party! Lots of laughter! Lots of WOOHOO ing! You work so hard but you know you can do it because of the confidence instilled in you by your coach! I love the heart monitoring! I look up at that board when they say "ok we are going to do a 'push level' for 2 min then follow it with an all out!" Then I go as hard as I can until the board shows that color for me! It's AWESOME!
And I've had 2 knee surgeries so if I need a modification, they tell me what to do to compensate for whatever is the situation is. Then you get an email that shows your total levels during the whole 55 minutes! You can see everything you did!
It's definitely addicting with all of the people you meet and I never want to stop!
The pace. Perpetually in motion. Every minute of the 60 is fully accounted for. The high energy of the trainers. It's not a playground. Training time that fits all schedules. The extra care in keeping equipment and trainees sanitary.
