I really like the atmosphere! The coaches are very nice and willing help. I love how personable the coaches are. Despite the class size, I am able to get one on one attention, to ensure I do things properly, and do not injure myself! I also like how there is a workout for everyone. We all follow the same guidelines, yet work at our own pace. I love it!
