I love that it is a great hard workout in just an hour, love how they change the workouts each time, lots of class times, good coaches. Just don't like starting at myself in the mirror on the treadmill, for days when the treadmill is half the class it is hard to not have something to watch.
It's a great work out. It is a perfect balance of cardio and weight training without putting stress on joints and causing injuries. I am looking for a workout to stay in shape and stay healthy not stay injured. The workout at orange theory is just that.
I like otf because you never know what kind of workout you are going to get. Everyday is a different workout so your body is always challenged. Orange theory fitness fits into my schedule, one hour a day is all it takes. I love the coaches, the music, and the family feel of otf vintage park. Everyone should give it a try. It changed my life.
