I love everything about Orangetheory. But associates who work at the front desk should be paying attention to the heart rate screen and make sure everybody’s heart rate monitor is working properly or if it needs a reboot. It is very annoying to stop working out and get out of class to get their help instead of them (the associates) be proactive and solve the issue while client/customer is in class.
It is very easy to notice if someone’s heart rate monitor is not working properly. In the first 5 minutes, which is the warm up, everyone should have a blue or green display on the screen as long as everyone is moving either on the treadmill or rowing. If it’s grey or black, there’s something wrong and needs to be fixed immediately so results at the end of class can be accurate.
